Mangakahia Sports Complex

Based on the corner of Kerehunga and Mangakahia Roads, Poroti

The facilities include a large community building with two squash courts, two rugby fields and a soccer field.

The Complex facilities are available for hire and these include two reception lounges, both with kitchens, and a multi-use hall. The upper lounge has a fully licenced bar. 

Mangakahia Complex is a great venue for hire and  we offer multiple lounges suitable for a variety of functions at very reasonable hire rates. Next time you are planning a group event, keep us in mind.

The Complex is also home to Group Fitness (Pump classes), Squash, Rugby, and Junior Football Clubs, as well as Mangakahia Lions Club and Mangakahia Gardening Club.  

Dance classes and a Social Club are run weekly.  

Yoga and Bootcamp fitness sessions are aslo regular activities.

Other organisations use the Complex as a venue for sports, fitness and community events.

There is a dog-friendly walking track that cirumnavigates the playing fields.
